Mark Winker's experience in Internet related project development has spanned from award winning 3-D Internet game programming to custom web development solutions for both start-up companies and established corporations. Since 1991, Mr. Winker's work has focused primarily on the web development end of this spectrum, with projects ranging from interactive online community development to fully supported back-end E-commerce solutions.
