Dave Harty, Chief Operations Officer

David Harty is responsible for ensuring that All I.Q. continues to produce deliverables that exceed customer expectations. In addition, David continues to spearhead new technological development projects, evaluating the razors edge of upcoming technology for feasibility and effectiveness. This includes maximizing the capabilities of existing technologies for efficiency and the profitability of All I.Q.'s clients. David has recently led projects funded by Sandia National Laboratories and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University to study and develop web-based applications to encapsulate the Software Engineering Institutes "Team Software Process."© David has also successfully guided projects to implement RSA's SecurID® for use in virtually hacker-proof financial transactions over the Internet. Other successes include the development of web-enabled data acquisition modules, which included the design and deployment of embedded web servers no larger than a CD case. Always at the forefront of wireless Internet technology, David was involved in the design of chips to implement aspects of the recently released Bluetooth wireless specification. Prior to his immersion into Internet technology systems, David developed control software for high-performance data acquisition and control systems utilized at some of the world’s largest industrial companies. These applications were characterized as demanding accurate analog measurements under extreme environmental and EMI/RFI conditions, and many utilized Peer-to-Peer networking before it became a file sharing fad.
