In these examples, the "normalization bill" will never be for less than half of a month's service, or for more than a month and a half. And after this normalization process occurs, you will be billed on a calendar month basis in the future.

Okay, but what if I'm paying for more than one month at a time?

The above example still apply, if extended logically. If you're paying for three months at a time, then your normalization bill will either have a large partial month and two full months, or a small partial month and three full months. The variation from your regular payment period is never more than a half-month in either direction.

What if I have multiple accounts and they get normalized to different calendar months?

You can ask us to "manually" roll forward one or more accounts to a particular calendar month, so that even a reseller with dozens of accounts could pay with one regular quarterly check, for example. If you do request this, please be very specific about which charges you want rolled to which dates, so that we don't bill you for anything you aren't prepared for.

So the first time this new system ran, everyone's billing was normalized?

Yes. Or at least, everyone who was due to receive a bill at that time. Others will be normalized the first time they receive a new bill.
